Models, Designers, Hair Stylist/MUA, and Volunteers assumes all risks and accepts sole responsibility for any injury (including, but not limited to, personal injury, disability, and death), illness, damage, loss, claim, liability or expense, of any kind, that participate may experience or incur in connection with attending the Charlotte Black Film Festival. Attendee hereby releases, covenants not to sue, discharges and holds harmless the Charlotte Black Film Festival, Power UpUSA, its employees, agents, sponsors and representatives, of and from any such claims, including all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, costs or expenses of any kind arising out of or relating thereto.
Calling all Boutiques, Designers, Models, MUA & Hair Stylist
July 6, 2023 8pm Hilton Charlotte University Hotel
Our Fashion of Film competition will allow Boutiques and designers to showcase their creative talents and clothes in a created stylish and innovative way that reflects their personal interpretation of a fashion flare film. The Fashion of Film is a great way to market your brand, business and is being produced by the Charlotte Black Film Festival. This year’s theme is “Raise Up and Create Forward” Finalists will present their designs at the Fashion of Film Showcase at the Hilton University Hotel on July 6 , 2023, at 7:30 PM.
1st place $500 – 2nd place $300 – 3rd place $200 ( based on presentation and interpretation of a fashion Flare film)
Registration fee is $99.00 or $150 to included a vendor booth – 5pm to after the event.
Models: awards will be provided for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place.
Boutiques and Designers are encourage to bring their own models or choose from the model call/ film selection happening June 10, 2023 at 4pm
Film selection will be determine by Designer/Boutique and CBFF Staff
