BOOTH/HOURS 10am – 5:30 pm both days Friday April 24 and Saturday April 25, 2020

• Setup start time: 8:00am • Setup must be completed by 9:15am Failure to set-up your booth at the hours scheduled will forfeit your right to your booth. NOTE: You will NOT be ABLE to bring your items and setup after 9am • Up to two people will be allowed entry for vendor set-up and sale. • A table and two chairs will be provided. • Seller must provide all set-up materials. This includes banners, table covering, etc.

1. VENDORS MUST OPEN FOR BUSINESS: At 9:45am on both days.BOOTH/HOURS 10am – 5:30pm Charlotte Black Film Festival: ADVANCE FEES: Vendor Fee: $400.00 Non-Profit and Small Business -pe table (limited availability) $500.00 for corporations $$50 LATE FEE (After March 5 , 2020
Fees can only be submitted in the form of Debit, Credit card or PayPal Space is not guaranteed until payment is received. Space will be issued on a first come first serve basis THIS RULE WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCED. 3. Vendors are not allowed to sell or display explicit (sexual, drug related, or profane) materials. a 4. Beverages are not permitted for sale, information or sampling in booths. Sale of product is not permitted outside booth 5. All items sold by the vendor must be listed on the application. Any changes will require official approval. 6. Vendor MAY NOT assign, sublease, resell or share spaces allotted, without permission. 7. Special vendor credentials will be distributed to each vendor. 8. Vendors are responsible for keeping their booth/space and surrounding area clean and orderly. 9. FOOD VENDORS ARE NOT ALLOWED.
